The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and comes with SKY TV, wireless broadband and is fully air conditioned throughout. The open plan living accommodation comprises a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen. There are 4 double/twin bedrooms with one on the ground floor and three on the first floor.

The ground floor Master Bedroom comes complete with double bed, ensuite shower room and patio door access to the rear terrace with own table and chairs. The first floor Master Bedroom comes complete with double bed, ensuite shower room and patio door access to a private terrace also with own table and chairs. Bedrooms three and four both come with twin beds and ensuite shower rooms. There is also a separate downstairs WC.
Located outside is the private and heated 8 metre x 4 metre (approximately 26 feet x 13 feet) pool with walk in steps all set in an impressive landscaped garden. The rear terrace can be accessed via three separate patio doors and provides table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing. A BBQ is provided to complete the outdoor dining experience.
The rear of the villa provides distant sea views whilst the front aspect provides uninterupted panaoramic views of the surrounding hills.
Situated in the Ha Potami Secret Valley (Venus Rock) Golf Resort, just a 10 minute drive from Paphos airport and 15 minutes from Paphos itself, the villa is ideal for all year round golfing holidays or just simply chilling out and relaxing.
